ANGER IN THE OFFICE
Anger and conflict are increasing along with gasoline prices, job insecurity, economy woes and lack of consumer confidence. This stress is having impact in many quarters including the workplace. Within the workplace this may be seen as increased impatience of patients, customers and team members. When impatience escalates it may grow into anger or worse, violence.
