CONFLICT NORMING TEAM WORKSHEET (click this link):
This issue was not a direct part of the meeting above. However, team conflict is a significant issue unto itself and is important for teams to work out a method of dealing with repeated issues of conflict. This worksheet is included here for teams to consider as basis of a team meeting. Have each team member complete the form independently, then discuss responses as a group. Create a master sheet that addresses the most common issues raised - distribute to all team members and post this in the break area. These are important issues for repeated discussions in team meetings!
