Suzanne Boswell is a professional speaker based in Raleigh, NC. Boswell Presentations was established in 1983 and serves clients throughout US, Canada and Europe. Seminars focus on topics related to communications, human behavior, customer service, team building, nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills. Suzanne speaks to groups in mainstream business, including hospitality industry, sales and marketing groups, banking, customer service departments and call centers. She works extensively with the dental professions and healthcare professions. Jean Corcoran, PhD of Richmond, VA is directly involved in program development and presentation of specific program topics. She brings to presentations the psychologist's view of human behavior, relationship management, stress management and assertiveness training.
