Special ServicesĀ for our CONFIRMED SSC Clients
We offer special services related to seminars we conduct for our confirmed clients. Consider the following options to maximize Suzanne's trip to your area.
Pre-meeting "homework" for teams: Suzanne will provide you with customized worksheets for member teams to discuss prior to the club meeting. These are designed for the use of each practice in an office meeting that they conduct a week before our club meeting. The questions and discussion points will prepare them for the upcoming meeting and will make the club meeting itself even more meaningful for those in attendence. Each team that completes this pre-meeting work will process the club meeting content on a significantly deeper level, their retention will be greater, and they will be more invested in the productive outcomes of the club meeting. (Consider that even if a particular team is not able to attend the club meeting, they'll still benefit by going through this process!)
To take advantage of this, please advise us of your interest at least 2 months in advance of the scheduled meeting. Suzanne will create the customized workplan based on (1)the meeting topic you have chosen (2) completion of a needs analysis to understand the overriding issues of concern that relate to the meeting topic. Once the worksheet has been developed, it will be sent to you for distribution to your members.
The fee for this service is negligible compared to the benefits received by members. Please call Suzanne to discuss how this concept would work for your club and your selected meeting topic(s).
Post-meeting follow-up session: Following a seminar, many doctors voice an interest in obtaining more in-depth information related to their own practices, or they want to continue the dialogue in small group format. Such a session may be scheduled in advance for a 2-3 hour time frame either following the seminar or on the morning following the meeting. Alternatively, an individual office may be interested in conducting such a session with their entire team. There are many variables and possibilities ... we'll be happy to discuss the options with you and provide you with a fee quote.
Specialty practice focus group: This has proven to be a very powerful means of fine-tuning relationships between the specialty practice and its referring offices. Referring offices probably won't tell the specialist what they're unhappy with. But they WILL open up to an unbiased third party when they are guaranteed confidentiality with a goal of mutually beneficial relationships.
Ideally, on the afternoon or evening preceding the seminar, Suzanne will conduct a focus group with the referring offices (up to 10 doctors) designated by the specialist. Questions and issues to be addressed will be determined in advance by the specialist. Within a week following the meeting, Suzanne will provide the specialist with a detailed written report of the focus group and with a list of specific suggestions and requests that came out of the meeting. The report will offer frank insights learned in the focus group while maintaining anonymity of the referring doctors. If you have interest in this powerful and very valuable concept, please let us know and we will provide you with in-depth information and a fee quote.
